OraProNobis, All Christian prayersWelcome to OraProNobis, the Christian prayer database, available on computer and smartphone.
The 3 vocations of the site:
1. List all Christian prayers and songs
OraProNobis is a database to which anyone, after creating an account, can add prayers , songs, and in different languages.
The original idea that motivates us is to gather in one place all the existing Christian prayers and allow access to anyone. May the oldest or least known prayers not be forgotten but let us always keep them close to us.
2. Quickly find a prayer
It is important to be able to find in an instant any prayer as soon as we wish to recite it, any song as soon as the words come to mind.
OraProNobis integrates a text search engine (the search bar above) which allows you to search the nearest results from a few words.
By creating an account you can add favorite prayers and find them in your favorite prayers section. You can also find them on the mobile application, even while being offline. We know that sometimes in churches the connection is not very fast, but it is important to still be able to access the words of prayers and songs.
3. Facilitate the work of the living forces of the parishes
Organizing masses is not easy. It is necessary to choose the prayers, the songs, their order, then print the course of the mass to distribute it to the parishioners.
Whether the parishioners are present every Sunday, or whether they come punctually, we do not always know all the songs. OraProNobis allows you to have them in advance, if only to read them once, and thus better understand them during mass.
In 2021 paper printing is no longer necessary, it is expensive for the parish, requires work and is not very ecological. OraProNobis allows you to have all the prayers for the Mass right in your hands, even while having the phone in offline mode.
Another important point within the parishes is communication. OraProNobis allows parishes to publish news articles. Subscribed parishioners are notified by email when a news is published. This keeps a close bond and increases the chances that the message will pass between the organizing teams and the parishioners.
